Delaware was declared State of Emergency because of Blizzards

Because of the strong blizzards that happens few days ago until now Delaware was declared with State of Emergency status to require families stay at home and to avoid communiters in the street to avoid any accidents. Alec Baldwin the 30 Rock star was brought to the hospital after her daughter calls 911.
